| | The O’Shea Group has announced the launch of O’Shea Properties. Through re-branding their existing Engel & Volkers branches, O’Shea Properties will continue to extend their Western Cape coverage with operations in the Southern Suburbs, Blouberg, Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek, Muizenberg, Hermanus and Onrus. | They have also opened an Atlantic Seaboard branch to service the high-value Camps Bay, Clifton and surrounding areas.
“Our strategic re-branding decision has enabled us to build a distinct brand that can now reach nationally and internationally without being hampered by the historic limitations we faced under our previous franchise agreement. Being directly present in multiple markets is both key to our growth as well as being of particular importance to South Africans who are increasingly purchasing abroad,” said Patrick O’Shea, CEO of The O’Shea Group and O’Shea Properties.
