The SA Property Monthly is a free magazine inserted into the South African the first Tuesday of every month and is also distributed as its own publication in key areas. This totals to over 400 locations throughout London and the UK. This includes major transport centres, employment agencies, bars, clubs and other venues frequented by the community.
We have uniformed vendors physically distributing during peak periods at 25 tube and rail stations. Our readership is estimated to be in excess of 122 500 with this figure increasing as we continue to expand our distribution, both domestically and abroad.
A monthly email newsletter is distributed the first week of every month. This serves to generate interest in the edition and provides online support for the print edition and its marketing messages.
